Japanese Asian Development Bank offers Kyoto University ADB Scholarship 2023-24. International students from all over the world are eligible to apply for Asian Development Bank scholarships. The ADB Japan Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship to study at Kyoto University for a Master’s degree.
